Free idea: Credit Card Honeypot

I have a lot of company ideas. Here's one that I don't think I'll ever be able to implement myself. But somebody should.

It's a credit card that looks high-limit and valid, which you never, ever, use.

If anything ever gets charged to it, it immediately contacts you and places alerts on all of your other cards. It also instructs the merchant to call the issuer.

For extra fun, if placed in an ATM, it alerts the police that you are being mugged, but still dispenses money... or something along those lines. Maybe it could display an out of order sign, sending you to another ATM.

This is a bad idea for a startup, because it makes most sense as an add-on to other credit protection techniques that your bank offers. I find it unlikely that anybody would pay $5/month or whatever for just this card, but it could be rolled in to a full $20/month credit protection plans.

Thoughts, or pointers if this already exists? I'd keep it in the front of my wallet.
