Back at MIT I wrote a MIDI motion-capture server for Maya.
I wrote it in a day, did a little more tweaking, and never actually made it configurable.
I keep thinking I'm going to fix it up and put it out there, but I do so little Windows development, and no longer have access to Maya, so I'm just gonna GPL it as-is.
The source code, three years old and ugly as it is, is now there, good luck to anyone who wants to tweak it.
One thing I definitely learned is that when you have the only program
that does something, no matter how niche, you get a lot of email about
it. My apologies to everybody I didn't get a chance to respond
to. I'll try to be better in the future.
