There's a lot of talk online about microstartups, failing fast, releasing early and often, haiku projects, etc, etc. I like this talk. I haven't been so good at following it though- a bunch of domain names and ideas, with proof of concept code and mocked up designs that aren't hooked up.
One of the almost-exceptions is FeedSalon, a site I mostly got working about a month ago, but I guess I've been too nervous to put it out there.
Well, Jon blogged about it on Sunday, and it made me realize I haven't done any work in quite a while on fixing the shortcomings or adding the features that I think it should have, so why not just launch it, see if that motivates me.
Also several thematically-related (and much more serious) startups have appeared recently, so it's kind of now or never.
So check it out, switch your RSS

if you want, and let me know about problems and ideas you see with it.
