Warning: this post is very self-centered.

There have always been other "Casey Muller"s.

As a kid, I found one in Texas in a phone book. Later, a high school student in Pennsylvania wanted to become a web designer. Thanks to some prestigious academic links and a couple of good projects, I fought them all off.

But the other day I had reason to google myself, and I found a somewhat disturbing page in the number 7 spot.

Basically, there seems to be a fairly(?) popular Casey Muller musician out there. He hasn't shown up until now because he goes by the stage last name "Fallen", but the rising page in Google indicates the copyright is held by Casey Muller.

No big deal, except that he's 27, from Los Angeles, records some stuff at home (maybe has a BMI record deal though?), and seems to self-categorize his music as alternative, electronica, and emo.

The pictures are different and the age is a little off (I wonder when his birthday is), but overall the biographical details are just close enough that it seems like a googler could think his music is one of my projects.

So let this post hopefully come up in searches for terms like "Casey Muller Fallen", etc and clarify things: he's not me.

But I should post more music soon.
